Shipping Policy

Here at Kenkatch we take pride in making sure your order is shipped in a timely manner. When an order is placed it usually ships within 1-2 business days. There are times and circumstances where this simply cannot happen. If that is the case someone from our team will reach out to you shortly to inform you about the delay.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you purchase our products and decide you need to return them you can do so and receive a full refund with in 30 days of your purchase. Unfortunately though, we will not be able to cover the cost of return shipping for an item you no longer want. If there is a mistake on our end we will do our best to make it right, and gladly pay for your return shipping.
